Who we are
Stepflow is operated by Ash Emmett, San Jose del Cabo, Baja California Sur, Mexico ("Stepflow", "we"). This policy covers the website at stepflowhq.com. Questions about it go to hello@stepflowhq.com.
The Stepflow app is not open to customers yet. We will update this policy to cover the app before it opens.
What we collect
When you book a demo. The demo form asks for your name, your work email, which kind of user you are, and, if you choose to add it, the workflow you would map first. We use these only to reply to you and arrange the demo.
When you visit. Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives the details every browser sends with a request, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for, so that it can deliver the page. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser also sends your IP address and browser details to Google when a page loads.
In your browser. The site sets no cookies. It keeps one item in your browser's session storage, wp-splash, which records that you have seen the opening animation so it does not play again. Your browser deletes it when you close the tab.
What we do not do
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Who else receives it
- Vercel, which hosts the site.
- Google, which serves the site's fonts and hosts the mailbox where demo requests arrive.
- Resend, which receives demo requests on our behalf.
We share personal information with no one else unless the law requires it.
Where it is processed
Vercel, Google and Resend may process your information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for 12 months, then delete them. Vercel, Google and Resend keep their own records under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@stepflowhq.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to how we use your information or complaining to your local data protection authority.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
When we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. The terms of use cover how you may use the site.
